Warrior Training

Explore Kali and Filipino Martial Arts (FMA) with our monthly training sessions, open to the FILIPINX community.

• Workouts include warm-up, cardio, Kali training, and stretching

• All experience levels welcome

• Reflect and dialogue about topics related to reconnecting with the body, history of FMA, holistic wellness, self-defense strategies, etc.

• Hosted 12-2pm on a Sunday at Unlimited Martial Arts in Brooklyn, NY

• RSVP required, space is limited.

• Free for first timers! $40 non-UMA members; $20 for UMA members; Chrysalis Kali online members 25% off
