WARRIOR RISING: An 8-week course to reconnect with your Filipino roots and awaken your warrior spirit through Kali, Filipino Martial Arts.

This course is more than just physical training. It’s an opportunity to:

What’s Included in Warrior Rising:

🦋 8 Warrior Rising Lessons to introduce you to Kali as a decolonization practice.

⚔️ 40 Kali Movement Videos (2-4 minutes each) to learn foundational footwork, single stick, and double stick drills.

🌊 8 Warrior Flow Sessions (45 minutes each) to build coordination and fluidity through follow-along training.

📱 Branded App Access for easy, on-the-go learning with ongoing access to revisit the materials anytime.

Warrior Rising is designed as an 8-week journey, but you have the flexibility to move through it on your own schedule and return to the materials whenever you need.
